"Cet hôtel a connu son heure de gloire mais aujourd'hui... c'est un peu tristounet. L'aspect extérieur, les chassis... ont véritablement besoin d'entretien/rénovation. Les chambres sont bien, le resto du petit déj aussi, l'entrée idem. Certains membres du personnel sont très bien mais ce n'est pas le cas pour tous ! Service mitigé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est grandiose. Bref, un peu déçue"

"Très bon séjour. Hôtel familial, ambiance chaleureuse. Bonne situation dans le bourg de Zernez avec les moyens de transport à proximité, la maison du Parc National à quelques pas... Haut niveau de confort. Seul petit bémol de la chambre, la baignoire, seulement protégée par un rideau, et les toilettes dans la salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner excellent dans une salle magnifique. Espace wellness récent et très agréable. Nous nous sommes bien plu dans cet hôtel et y avons passé une nuit de plus que prévu au départ. Pourtant, le prix est très élevé pour des Français moyens."
